Happy Independence Day yall!
With Fourth of July right around the corner I thought I would share some pictures from our party last year.
Fruit Flag
– 2 bananas
-1 carton of strawberries
-half a cup of blueberries
-Large Skewers
Chop up your bannanas and strawberries, layer onto the skewers in a”every other” fashion.
On the 6 left skewers leave about 2.5 inches to string your bluberries on.
And VOILA – All American Fruit Flag! Easy Peasy!
4th of July Strawberries
Another easy patriotic snack are dipped strawberries with red white & blue sprinkles. Melt your white chocolate in 30 second intervals. Dip your srawberries and immediatly roll in the blue sprinkls.
One of my FAVORITE patriotic accents was the red, white & blue drink. It’s all based on sugar content. I followed this recipe for a fun Holiday Drink Mix! At first I thought all the different flavors were going to taste weird together but they actually made for a very REFRESHING beverage.
