So this past Holiday Weekend I wanted to make something for brunch that wasn’t the typical Saturday pancakes. As much as I love pancakes, I wanted to do something a little more special! So of course I turned to Pinterest. And stumbled upon this AMAZING blog, How Sweet it is!! OMG I can not tell you how long I got sucked into reading this girls post’s about recipes and drooling over her pictures!
I was feeling very inspired so decided to tackle her recipe for “Spinach Baked Eggs with Garlic Browned Butter” (click the link for the recipe) First of ALL I fell in love with the pictures, and I must say her final version looked so much better than mine, BUT OMG it was delicious! I have never heard of “browning butter” but after trying it, im hooked! So maybe I’ll just have to add a couple more long runs during the week, but this recipe is definitly a must try! It makes for a great breakfast or brunch entree.

UPDATE: So I tried this recipe again last weekend.. and used sourdough bread this time. And YEP still delicious! It always looks different every time I make it, but its always Super Yummy!
